I am a candidate from Malaysia who got the ASEAN BUSINESS ADVISORY COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIP and will be placed in Tan Tao University, Vietnam . I will be pursuing degree course which takes 4 years . So how should i apply for visa ?

Be kindly informed that currently, 3 month visa is the longest you can apply for. Thus, we would like advise you to apply for 3 month visa at first meanwhile waiting for a visa student or resident card. And this procedure should be processed while you are in Vietnam and assisted by Tan Tao school.
