Entering Vietnam via the Mekong River from Cambodai

Question: We will be travelling down the Mekong River from Cambodia to Vietnam, can be still apply on line for our vietnam visa (ie the approval letter) Anwers:
Dear pam gleisinger, Be kindly noted that visa on arrival is not applicable for traveling by land or by ship. You just can use this visa if you travel to Vietnam by air.
